Tigres UANL Overview
Tigres UANL is one of the biggest clubs competing in the Liga MX, based in San Nicolás de los Garza and having been founded in 1960. In addition to being Mexican champions seven times and won the Copa MX three times. After finishing runners-up several times, they won the CONCACAF Champions League title in 2020, and became the first CONCACAF team to reach the Club World Cup Final.
Challenges faced
With three games a week, as well as training, press events and conferences, and partnership activations, Tigres has a huge weekly influx of digital assets that require centralisation and classification to be searched and easily findable. Tigres upgraded their digital strategy with an infrastructure that would allow them to grow their presence and innovate to create meaningful engagement with their fanbase, by using visual storytelling to foster long-term brand loyalty.
